"As a young girl my mother enrolled me in several art classes in a variety of mediums, it was here where my love of art began. Working with clay is much like fondant, where my limits were only limited to my imagination. As a young artist working at Bread & Roses in Anacortes WA, my passion for creating culinary art began. Over the years, as my quality of work increased so did my love and passion for what I do. My big break came when I had the opportunity to work as a pastry apprentice, working under renowned Patisserie Patrice Caillot (former world pastry champion)
Cake Azure began in the summer of 2010, I am inspired to be the best that I can be & the best at what our clients value the most.
Over the years I have had the fortune of taking part in many of my clients celebrations. I have truly loved watching their children and families grow, and creating those special cakes which still bring smiles today
